VILLA VISTA DATCA

Villa Vista is a recently renovated stone house, with stunning views to the blue Aegean Sea and to the unspoilt green hills of Mesudiye. It combines the authentic atmosphere of a traditional Mediterranean country house with the comfort of modern facilities. It is located in the charming village of Mesudiye, just 5 minutes drive from the beaches and 20 minutes drive from Datça town center.  It is set in a small garden with the almond trees which fabulously blossom in the spring time.

This originally very old cottage has been restored twice by Akkaraca family, in 1997 and 2012. Refurbished stone walls and wooden roof, and decorated by authentic local materials, the house retains its cozy and unique character; while it offers a spacious interior, a very large veranda and balconies with gorgeous seascape.

The location of Villa Vista is invaluable to discover the well-known, as well as hidden, natural and historical treasures of the Datça Peninsula where the Mediterranean embraces the Aegean Sea.  While the Ancient Greek archeological site Knidos is just 25 minutes away, it is very close to numerous lovely bays of Mesudiye (such as HayıtBuku, Palamutbuku and Ova).
